Non-Alcoholic Spiced Punch

This is a simple spicy punch that is sure to warm you up on a cold winter’s day.

Ingredients (serves approximately 8 people)

  • 1 liter of cranberry juice
  • Honey to taste
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Cinnamon sticks (you’ll need one per serving)

Preparation

  1. Heat the cranberry juice and honey in a pan until the honey has dissolved and the juice is warm.
  2. Season with nutmeg and serve in cups with cinnamon sticks as stirrers.

You can vary the recipe to suit your taste. For instance, you could heat the juice and honey with whole cloves. Remember to remove them before serving though! Different flavors can be achieved by adding other fruit juices to the mixture.
